Who Am I & Who Do I Serve?

I founded YourScope Consulting in 2014 to provide bespoke project management services to those organisations who have no formal project management office (PMO) or employed project managers, but that need someone to help them with managing a project or two.

In fact, I also help organisations that do have a PMO or project managers, but who are currently stretched so thin they need some temporary help.

So who am I to offer these services?

I have been a Project and Programme Manager at numerous large global organisations for the last 20 years. I was certified as a PRINCE2^® Practitioner in 2003, and also became a Certified ScrumMaster^® (CSM) in 2012.
